Computer Failure

Hi Guys and Gals! I have been lost for the last couple of days; yesterday my computer chose to blow a circuit so now I am using the children’s computer. Bommer right! Someone is supost to be out this week to freshing things up. In the mean time I am on time share, sort of speak. Summer here is almost over, at least where school is concerned so I will be a busy little bee over the next month signing kids up for school and tracking down supplies. It is a good thing education is free or else I would be living in a tent for the next 4 to 5 years! As things are school will only put me behind for the first 6 to 8 months, I should be caught up again sometime after income tax checks come in.

Coming to The Big Screen!

Artemis Fowl

Is coming to a movie Theater near you! Artemis Fowl is being put on the big screen. For those of you who have read the 4 book series this is a film you do not want to miss! The movie is to be announced this year 2006, most likely around the same time Harry Potter’s next movie hits the box office. Around Thanksgiving and Christmas. I will update you when I have found more information so check back in the near future!

In Loving Memory

I would like to say a final farewell to a very unique pet who has been a very special part of my family for the past 8 years. Rue, Rue was and always will hold a special place in my heart; not only for his cunning, bravery, and intellect but also for the all the years of affection he gave. Rue, Rue had an amazing intellect for a rooster . Over the years he learned to knock on doors in times of need, out smart coons, opossums, hawks, and dogs. However, he still remained close and friendly with our four beagles, and cat. But he was no spring chicken and old age was beginning to slow him down. I can not help but get angry when I think of Rue’s death, mainly because of the way it came about. He was snatched from our porch by a neighbors pet . Of course I know all of this seems silly to most of you, but in reality Rue, Rue earned his spot in this family and I will miss him.
